Summer’s not over until the end of September, even if it is back to school time. I’d just like to remind everyone of that 😉 That said, it is back to school time, and I’m looking forward to this Transitions workshop while we’re still in August– but looking ahead to September isn’t such a difficult lift. With that in mind, maybe I have something for the earlybirds…. sunrise yoga. I have it at 6:30 right now, but I’d even consider 6:15. LMK.

Are you ready to soar with grace and ease? Join us at The Yoga Club for a playful and lighthearted workshop where you’ll discover how to mine your practice for strength, but physical and mental. This dynamic approach will help you understand the demands of various postures, enhance your body weight-based strength training, and explore!

Sunrise Yoga

Join us Tuesday through Thursday, 6:30-7:15 a.m., for a warm, guided Ashtanga based practice in an intimate setting (capped at 10). Each session features breathing exercises, sun salutations, foundational standing poses, and a calming seated meditation to help you find balance before diving into your day.

Perfect for those curious about Mysore-style practice or anyone seeking a quick yet effective routine. Folks who wish to join the group and continue on in the Mysore room are welcome to do so. Even if you already have an established practice, this class offers a great way to greet the morning (those windows at sunrise!!)!
