Friday
- 7:30 AM – 9:30 AM: Led Primary Series with Functional Anatomy Insights Kickstart the workshop with Michael Joel Hall leading a Primary Series session, interwoven with insights on functional anatomy relevant to each posture. This approach enhances understanding of how anatomy affects yoga practice.
- 10:00 AM – 11:30 AM: Nutritious Breakfast and Networking Refuel and connect with fellow yogis, sharing insights and experiences from the morning session.
- 1:00 PM – 3:00 PM: Functional Anatomy Clinic Deep dive into functional anatomy, focusing on how to apply this knowledge to enhance range of motion and strength in yoga practices, emphasizing injury prevention and recovery.
Saturday & Sunday
- 8:00 AM: Morning Meditation Begin each day with a session of guided meditation to center and prepare the mind and body for deep learning and practice.
- 8:30 AM – 10:30 AM: Mysore Style Practice A self-led practice session under Michael’s supervision, allowing participants to apply anatomical knowledge practically as they work through the Primary Series at their own pace.
- 10:30 AM – 11:00 AM: Pranayama Techniques for Functional Training Explore how specific breathing techniques can enhance physical training by improving respiratory efficiency and supporting muscle function.
- 12:30 PM – 2:00 PM: Range of Motion Enhancement Workshop This hands-on session focuses on exercises and yoga poses that specifically increase range of motion and flexibility, tailored to the needs of yogis at different levels of their practice.
- 2:30 PM – 4:30 PM: Teaching Clinic on Anatomy and Adjustments Conclude the day with a clinic designed to teach participants effective ways to make anatomical adjustments in yoga poses, enhancing both personal practice and teaching skills.
