Michael Joel Hall takes an engineering approach to the often mystified subject of yoga, concisely explaining the underlying systems and theory. Filled with personal stories of practice and observations from his teaching, there’s an abundance of applicable knowledge for both on and off the mat.
Leadership starts within, and Mechanism, Not Magic makes that apparent.
