Semester Enrichment โ Fall/Winter 2026 ยท Sold Out
Sixteen Tuesday cohort nights + sixteen Sunday all-levels sessions, Sep 2026 โ Jan 2027. Three series in one room. Choose your cohort; Sundays bring everyone together.
The full season. Sixteen weeks, two cohorts running side by side, plus the Synthesis and Integration sessions where all three series are in the room together.
Two cohorts, three series
Cohort 1 โ Primary + Intermediate. Primary Series worked alongside Second, so you always see where your practice is pointing.
Cohort 2 โ Intermediate + Advanced. Second Series taken seriously, then followed into Third.
Intermediate is the hinge โ the ceiling of one room and the floor of the next. That overlap is the design, not an accident. Every series is the previous series asked a harder question, and the one below is where the answer lives.
Five threads, three passes
There are only five things happening in this method: the Fold, the Bind, the Lift, the Arch and the Thread. We go around all five three times โ first the shape, then under load, then in combination, two at a time, because that is what the harder series actually are. Every idea returns twice, five weeks apart, deeper each time. The gap is deliberate: long enough to half-forget, which is when relearning does the most good.
Four modules
- First Pass ยท The Shape โ weeks 1โ5
- Second Pass ยท Under Load โ weeks 6โ10
- Third Pass ยท In Combination โ weeks 11โ15
- Integration โ week 16, everything back in the count
The Synthesis and Integration sessions
Both cohorts in one room. Each session takes a single principle and shows it at three depths at once โ the Primary, Intermediate and Advanced A expressions, which are all secretly the same movement. Frame, shared prep, three depths, MVP, back into the count, close. Included in your enrollment.
What you get
- Sixteen cohort sessions in your series โ and the series above it
- Sixteen Synthesis and Integration sessions โ all three series in one room
- Your cohort course on Ashtanga Tech, a page per week, plus Functional Synthesis and Integration
- Eighteen letters โ one each week, plus a welcome and a closing letter
- An FRC joint-prep layer every week, and the workbook
- A mid-term self-practice checkpoint
- All three books to keep โ Self Practice, Mechanism, Not Magic, and How to Build a Yoga Club
What runs through every session
The count โ taught first, asana second. Tristana โ breath, bandha, drishti. Most Viable Posture โ every shape is a spectrum, not a target. Four lanes: Therapeutic, Restorative, Maintenance and Challenge. Challenge means more load, more time, less support โ not more depth.
Three rules
Don’t hurt yourself. Be honest. Try to have a good time. In that order, and I mean all three.
