Vinyasa Flow

Welcome to our Vinyasa Flow class, based on the Ashtanga Yoga tradition! This class is suitable for students of all levels who want to deepen their practice, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance.

We’ll begin the class with a short meditation to center ourselves and connect with our breath. We’ll then move through a series of Sun Salutations to warm up the body and prepare for the more challenging poses to come.

The class will be structured around Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, which is a set sequence of poses that flow together in a dynamic and continuous way. We’ll move through standing postures, seated postures, and inversions, with each pose building on the previous one to create a strong, fluid practice.

Throughout the class, we’ll focus on linking breath with movement, which will help us cultivate a moving meditation and deepen our mind-body connection. We’ll also explore variations and modifications of the poses, so that each student can practice at their own level and pace.

The class will end with a cool-down sequence of gentle stretches and a final relaxation pose, to help us release any tension in the body and mind, and leave feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.

Whether you’re new to Ashtanga Yoga or have an established practice, this class is a great opportunity to deepen your understanding of this powerful and transformative tradition, and to connect with a supportive community of fellow yogis.

    My mission is to educate and empower folks with effective tools and systems to live a more fulfilling life. I use my experience with yoga to do just that.
