
Vinyasa Flow
This 75-minute class is inspired by the original power yoga movement: breath-based, energizing, and rooted in the traditional sequencing of Ashtanga. Think of it as “Old School Power Yoga”—a strong, smart flow grounded in sun salutations and standing postures that shaped the vinyasa tradition.
Ashtanga’s first three series can be split into two or three sections— each class will pull from primary, intermediate, and/or advanced. Good for advanced beginners and those beginning advanced.
More importantly, perfect for a reset after work or a focused supplement to your self-practice.

My mission is to educate and empower folks with effective tools and systems to live a more fulfilling life. I use my experience with yoga to do just that.
