Vinyasa with Victoria

This class is suitable for students of all levels who want to deepen their practice, build strength and flexibility, and cultivate a sense of inner peace and balance.

Each 1-hour class has a unique focus. We’ll begin with a beginner-friendly pranayama (breathwork exercise) and move through an all-levels flowing yoga sequence inspired by the ashtanga and rocket vinyasa systems designed to increase strength and flexibility in both body and mind. This class will warm you up and get the blood pumping.

Throughout the class, we’ll focus on linking breath with movement, which will help us cultivate a moving meditation and deepen our mind-body connection. We’ll also explore variations and modifications of the poses, so that each student can practice at their own level and pace.  Advanced options will be offered, but are always optional.

The class will end with with meditation and a brief period for questions about yoga asana (postures) or philosophy after practice.

The event is finished.
