Perfect for those curious about Mysore-style practice or anyone seeking a quick yet effective routine. Folks who wish to join the group and continue on in the Mysore room are welcome to do so. Even if you already have an established practice, this class offers a great way to greet the morning (those windows at sunrise!!).
