Doors open at 6:30am Monday-Thursday, and assistance begins at 7:30.

In order to receive instruction, folks newer to practice should arrive after 7:30. Those with familiarity are welcome arrive at a time that suits them best. We value accessibility, diversity, and pragmatism as a general rule of thumb, and encourage a practice environment that honors that.

Beginners are welcome! In order to begin, a commitment of 2 days a week of practice is required. You will be taught how to practice piece-by-piece. This requires dedication on the student’s part to learn (and maybe even study). But this level of commitment is essential for real progress in yoga– and we want to teach our students how to find success in their yoga practice.
