Saturday

  • 8:30 AM: Morning Meditation Each day starts with a meditation session designed to clear the mind and reinforce the workshop’s themes of goal setting and personal insight.
  • 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM: Mysore Style Practice Continue personal exploration through a self-led Mysore style session, applying the concepts of Sankalpa and Vikalpa to each asana.
  • 11:30 AM – 12:30 PM: Philosophy Chat A session focusing on the application of yogic philosophy to daily life.
  • 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM: Peer Support Assisting This session will guide participants in setting practical, achievable goals within their assisting and daily postures, emphasizing the integration of teamwork, touch, and support.

Sunday

  • 8:30 AM: Morning Meditation Each day starts with a meditation session designed to clear the mind and reinforce the workshop’s themes of goal setting and personal insight.
  • 9:00 AM – 10:30 AM: Deliberate Practice Continue personal exploration through a self-led Mysore style session. Two Batches. First Team and Second Team, assisting each other.
  • 10:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Deliberate Practice Continue personal exploration through a self-led Mysore style session, applying the concepts of Sankalpa and Vikalpa to each asana.
  • 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM: Food and Debrief Grab a bit and talk about our experience.
