Sixteen weeks inside Nadi Shodhana — Second Series, posture by posture, as joint demands rather than shapes.

Nerve cleansing. A backbending series that turns into an arm-balance and leg-behind-head series, and it will ask you for things Primary never mentioned. We give Kapotasana three full weeks, because it is the crux and it deserves them.

The arc

  1. Re-entry and the Prone Backbends — weeks 1–4
  2. The Kapotasana Arc — weeks 5–9
  3. The Turn: Arm Balance, Twist, Leg Behind Head — weeks 10–13
  4. Forearm, Lotus and the Headstands — weeks 14–16

What you get

  • Sixteen sessions — workshop format. We take the week’s material apart, build it back up, and put it in the count.
  • The Functional Intermediate course on Ashtanga Tech — a page per week, yours to keep. See the course
  • Eighteen letters — one each week, plus a welcome and a closing letter.
  • An FRC joint-prep layer for the hardest demand of each week.
  • The workbook, and a mid-term self-practice checkpoint.
  • Ashtanga 2.0 — the book, yours to keep.

The book

Ashtanga 2.0 comes with this program — the lineage question. What to keep from the tradition, what to leave behind, and how to inherit a method without inheriting a throne. Fitting company for Second Series, which is where most practitioners first have to decide what they actually believe.

What runs through every session

The count — taught first, asana second. Tristana — breath, bandha, drishti. Most Viable Posture — every shape is a spectrum, not a target; you work the version you can breathe in today, through four lanes: Therapeutic, Restorative, Maintenance and Challenge. Challenge means more load, more time, less support — not more depth.

Three rules

Don’t hurt yourself. Be honest. Try to have a good time. In that order.

Who it is for
